We stand behind every product we make. All K~Butta products are handcrafted in small batches with the highest quality organic ingredients — and we want you to love what you receive.
Our general policy: All sales are final. Because our products are handcrafted organic skincare items — including soaps, body butters, and oils — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. However, if something is wrong with your product, we will make it right.
What Is & Is Not Eligible
Eligible for Refund or Replacement
- Product arrived damaged or broken
- Product was defective (unusual smell, texture, or appearance inconsistent with the product description)
- Wrong item was sent
- Order was lost in transit (confirmed by carrier)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind or preference
- Opened or used products
- Skin reactions or sensitivities (see note below)
- Products purchased on sale or at a discount
- Digital products (Academy courses)
A Note About Handmade Soap
Natural Variation in Handcrafted Products
Because our soaps and body butters are made by hand in small batches using natural and organic ingredients, there may be slight variations in color, texture, weight, and appearance from batch to batch. These natural variations are not defects — they are a sign of a truly handcrafted product. We do not issue refunds for natural variation.
Our soaps contain natural ingredients including plant-based oils, essential oils, clays, charcoal, and turmeric. While our products are formulated for most skin types, we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. We are unable to issue refunds for skin reactions, as individual sensitivities vary.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Contact Us Within 7 Days
Email us at info@k-butta.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Describe the Issue
Tell us what happened and include clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

We Review Your Request
We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with our decision.

Resolution
If approved, we will issue a replacement product or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Digital Products & Academy Courses
All sales of digital products, including K~Butta Academy online courses, are final and non-refundable. Once access to course content has been granted, we are unable to issue refunds.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your course, please contact us immediately and we will resolve it promptly.
Shipping Issues
If your order was lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
K~Butta is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
